@refreshedstyle couple questions... #1. Is your chest measurement (19 inches) the armpit-to-armpit measurement when the garment is laying flat? #2. I see that it is NWT, but are there any snags, rips, or stains? #3. Does the fabric have any stretch?

@jfazio14 Hi. The measurements are from pit to pit while laying flat. There are no flaws, rips, snags, or stains and the material does not have any stretch.
