This coat was only worn a handful of times. It is fitted quite close to the body, so if you prefer things loose, please make sure you are closer to a 10 US. This is a classic style and is perfect for not so cold Canadian winter days or for Fall and spring. I say you would be good with a temperature of around zero degrees and above. The size is around 20 inches under arm to underarm.
