It’s about 14-15 inches. There is no label. But it’s almost like a synthetic fabric like nylon. Don’t have much stretch and doesn’t wrinkle easy.

When I lay it flat…it’s about 12.5-13 inches for the waist. And 16.5-17 inches for the hips. However it does flare open at the hips…so I think if the waist measurements fit…the hips will fit as well.
