Iconic Sacred Heart Painted Leather Jacket L

This began life as a simple black leather jacket. I painted it pink and then decided to go back to black and paint an elaborate sacred heart coat of arms motif on the back. My Catholic roots ran rampant on this…knights, Latin, icons…I simply ran with it and this was the result of several months work. The bling has both glue and stitches, as do some of the appliqués, so it’s sturdy, not delicate. The undercoat gives it a slightly distressed look, in an arty way. I wore it once and my tattoo artist gushed over it. I know I’m asking a lot, but it’s truly a great piece, and there’s a ton of work invested in it. Please feel free to ask questions!
