What is the ink stamp text inside top? Is lace neckstrap twisted or damaged?

@strawberrysf Hi! I don’t see an ink stamp. I’ll add a photo of the inside for you. The netting is coming loose from one of the end bits that you pin back but I think is an easy fix. I’ll add photo of that too.
