Very rare find. These crystal glasses are made in Baccarat, France. They are hand cut and hand blown. The pattern is called Espalier and it was Discontinued in 1981 making them vintage. I can’t find any other double old-fashioned highball glasses for sale in this pattern. Totally out of stock. They easily retail for $100 apiece. The double old-fashioned glasses are 4 inches tall versus the single old-fashioned which are shorter. Acid/Laser engraved on bottom with watermark. Rectangular Cut Design. No chips or cracks. No box. These are Heavy. Baccarat Crystal began in 1764. The artisans with this company have added elements for the perfect shine to this crystal. No two pieces are alike. They were often hired by royalty to make their crystal. Baccarat is the “Crystal Capital of France”.
