Vintage 80s Peter Pan Collar Abstract Dress L Bow Tie Blouson Art Teacher Quirky

Vintage 80s rainbow squiggle print art dress with a peter pan collar and a red bow tie at the neck. Made of semi-sheer chiffon. Midi length with flutter sleeves, a high elastic waist and a blouson cut. Keyhole button at the back of the neck. It has shoulder pads sewn in which would be difficult to remove. Bodice is lined in mesh, skirt is unlined. See measurements below 👇 Condition: Good vintage. Back of the collar looks faintly pink (which my camera isn't really picking up) and has a small green spot. One tiny spot on front of the collar and one on the red bow underneath.
