This is a really pretty necklace made from an antique stickpin. Pendant is a caduceus (twinned serpents) holding a small turquoise cabochon and a natural freshwater dogtooth pearl. Gold filled chain was added with a secure clasp and another pearl at the end. Adjustable length. Maximum length 17 inches. Pendant measures around 18mm. I’m sure the pendant is solid gold though it is not marked so I’ll sell as gold filled. This is very pretty and delicate. A great gift for your favorite medical professional. A true antique converted to something wearable.
