Vintage metal tip tray for Oertal Brew Cream Beer

Rare items! These two items are vintage metal beer tip trays from the John F. Oertel Company in Louisville, Kentucky, dating back to the 1910's to 1920's. The trays are 5 inches in diameter. The trays advertise "Oertel Brew" in both pale and dark varieties. Trays with this specific "Purity" artwork featuring a woman in a classical gown holding a white dove were commonly produced in the early 1900's often during the pre-Prohibition era. The trays show visible signs of age, including surface scratches, rust, and some loss of the lithographed image as can be seen in the photos.
