Exterior corners look good with light wear and no exposed lining or frays. Callouts: Lining shows some ink staining (mild) at seam; cosmetic residue. Fabric strip added to fold of flap. Fabric is coming off slightly at one corner. Hardware plate is slightly dulled and shows wear. Small hole/tear(?) repair in crease of front flap. Glue residue. Approx 1” Center of front flap has a darker strip area. Corner of openings show wear. 1/2” Please review all photos.
