This dress ๐ Gorgeous Vintage Victor Costa Boho Style dress. Ruffle Shoulder, long sleeve with elastic hem. Zippered closure with hook and eye ( eye is missing) a few places have come un-stitched which I tried to show in the photos. It takes nothing away from this stunning dress. I would say the elastic on the sleeve still has elasticity but would handle with care.
