It has a zip closure across the top. Interior of the bag has sateen fabric. The interior is in good condition with a couple ink marks and minor stains. The exterior front of the bag has a small what looks like nail polish mark. The mark is same color as leather and is hardly noticeable. The strap is in great shape...not noticeable defects. The strap does show a small dark spot that is probably dirt that can be cleaned.
