Vintage Vivienne Tam "Buddha Collection" cotton velvet skirt from Spring 1997 Fully lined Hidden side zipper and hook and eye closure Tag says size 3, but this looks bigger than a US size 3. It looks more like a size Medium. Please check measurements since this is only my best guess. Good condition There are some places on the front that look like spots or drips. These appear to be artifacts from dye process, not stains. They are the same shades/ colors used in the fabric. The cotton velvet fabric feels soft and plush, not matted as one would expect, if they were stains.
