Hi, I'm interested in purchasing but before I do, does this dress run true to size?

I would say it is true to size. I wear US4 in dresses and it fits but it is definitely body hugging. It also has a stretch to it although the zipper limits how much you can stretch it. I am 34B/C on top and it fits tight.
