Patagonia Synchilla Curly Q Full Zip Jacket Cream/Ivory Color - size small. This jacket has two outside pockets and two inside pockets. I doubt Patagonia makes these any longer -- it's in great preowned condition. I bought this jacket many years ago, and it no longer fits me. I do ship SAME day :).
