Lulu's flutter sleeve, ruffled mini dress, women's size small. There is a zipper as well as a hook & eye closure on the lower back area. There is also a tie that wraps around and ties on the side. The dress is fully lined. Underarm seam to underarm seam: 18" Top of shoulder to bottom of dress: 32" Pre-owned. Excellent condition. No rips, stains, holes or pulls.
