Rag & Bone Distressed silver zip around leather Wallet

Please see photos This was only used a handful of times and the silver finish of the leather began “flaking” (see photos for glitter on my fingers from holding it) not sure why this is the case. Inside is in great condition. Zip around All included (box and cards )
