14k gold reversible pendant with an Hawaiian orange coral on one side and I think it’s a pearl on the other. I am not sure if the diamonds are real, but I believe so as it was bought directly from a high end jewelry store ha hoku in San Francisco. There is about 1g of 14k gold.
