The cutest classic vintage 1980’s slip skirt, likely cotton/poly blend. Overall GUC, one very small area of discoloration near bottom hem as well as on back side, as shown in photos.
Waist measures 14.5” flat, 20” stretched, 29.5” long.
Somewhat sheer so probably best as true slip.
