NWT Bought this in 2008 in Egypt from a lovely two story boutique that sold only unique items (no mass produced items, each piece was unique). It is still new with tags on and never worn. Only one slight mishap is a part of the sequins at the bottom of one sleeve is loose and can be sewn back in place. No tag description for material but it is very stretchy.
