Burberry Waxed Long Barn Jacket L/XL

I cannot find a size tag but it is too large for my husband and he is a medium. The marks are creases in the wax. The rub that is included has never been used. The cans have rust but they are full. I do not know if that will fix it. Very common in waxed jackets. Wool upper lining, corduroy collar.
