Vintage Floral Art Glass Brooch/Pendant Spinner

I think this was an old mourning piece. It spins and has a brooch pin. The back glass compartment could hold a photo or maybe a lock of hair. I just put some print in there. The cabochon is glass . Very beautiful setting. Vintage. The locket is 2 and 1/2” tall. The chain is 22 inches long.
