this pretty skirt starts with mostly a fitted waistband. There’s some elastic in the back that allows for a stretch up to 20 inches. The skirt buttons down the side with mother of pearl buttons. Please note the top button is different. Doesn’t affect the luck, but I must disclose. The beautiful crushed velvet is a plummyblack color very deep. There are some dancing figures in the burnout at the hem. In excellent condition.
