Lake Home Aluminum Sign, New

Aluminum sign featuring "you can't buy happiness but you can buy a lake home and that's kind of the same thing" in black and red text. It's been decorated with a worn "rust" look but the sign is brand new. It will come in the original plastic sleeve- I just took it out for pictures. It already has pre drilled holes in all 4 corners for easy hanging. *The top left corner has a slight bend at the top that's barely noticeable if you're looking at the back, as shown in pictures.
