This super cute green dress is from Pretty Little Thing. NWT and Never Worn! I purchased 2 and they just didn’t fit right on me but it would be adorable on someone else! **pictures are from PLT** Also, the description of the dress says midi, but as you can see in the pictures posted it’s much longer. I would say it’s more of a fitted maxi.
