Vintage Hamilton S & W Ladies Watch 14k Gold Filled NOT Working Speidel Stretch

This watch belonged to my grandmother, then mother, then me. It has simply sat in a box until it was unearthed as we prepare to move to warmer and less taxed climes. At the time of this listing it is NOT working. The stem is loose and may fall off. Probably needs a good tune up and cleaning, but I an not an expert. The watch is being SOLD AS IS. Back reads (in very small print) 14K Gold Filled and S&W (I thought it said B&W, but an interested party said it really is S&W). I see no chips or cracks in the glass. The band is "stretchy" and says Speidel. Not sure if that was the original band or not. I don't know the exact year of the watch creation.
