boots925 @devillav6 I wear a 9 which is a 40, usually. They are just a tad bit too big so I am guessing they are a 9.5. I could still wear them because I like my shoes a little bigger but they are a little too high for me. They might fit a 10 but it might be a little tight.

boots925 I am so sorry for the delay, I am just now checking my messages. I will take a better picture of the sole for you. I don't know if Hogan's are consistent with other sizes. I have only had one other pair, and they were too small for me, but they were 39 so that made sense.

rhondaemmert hi sorry for lower offers. it is just that I bought two other pair of hogans when I did not hear back on your measurements and have to buy the next pair guilt free. so this is not on you but not sure I will like the height either.
