Frank Usher Size 12 (14 IK) Y2K NWOT sequin/lace effect blazer with shoulder pads. Ultra fun piece that looks as dressy as it does casual- unique and a great designer. This is in my opinion only way closer to a size 6-8 but depending on how you like fit- measurements are attached- this has never been worn.
