This sweet dress is so cute. It has elastic to hold it up, double elastic bands in white at the empire waistline and a flared skirt. It also has large slouchy pockets at the hip level in front. It’s a size small that has a lot of stretch. The bust measures 17” but stretches to 20” the waist measures 13” but can stretch to 18 and it’s 27” long. Fun little dress.
