Vintage Suzie Triple Ruffle Open Cardigan

This is a size small Vintage Suzie open cardigan with triple ruffles down the front. The ruffles are made of 2 different materials….the middle one is the same color and material of the sweater and ruffles surrounding it are a darker color. See photos to see a close-up of the ruffles.
