No games but comes with the dock and hdmi to connect to the tv, as well as the power cord. Will be reset to factory settings. Have a glass screen protector (small smudges on screen will be cleaned prior to shipping) handheld joycon holder has scratches but doesn’t affect the use of the handle. Left joycon slides out of handheld mode easier than it should - could use replaced but still playable. (I’ve been playing it - just slides out of you bump it and does “click” into place anymore) right side works just fine. Great used condition!
