chapter21025This is a 2/4 small. The waist band gives room for stretch. The rest of the skirt is forgiving as well.

chapter21025Oh gosh i dont remember it was so long ago. The waist is wide elastic and its forgiving so if your small or medium, i think it will be fine. I was a medium at the time.
