Zara plaid collared dress size 4-5Y

Zara plaid collared dress size 4-5Y Beautiful and lined, however it does have a little tear in the seam as shown in photos, doesn't go through the lining just the outside, can still be worn just fine, I'm not knowledgeable in sewing but it could possibly be sewed since it's in the seam! Such a beautiful dress
