The skirt is in fair condition overall because it has a lot of stains on the bottom. The fabric doesn’t have any holes and the colors are vibrant. The top of the skirt looks good and it only has one visible stain. The bottom has a few individual stains as well as a lot of small dot-sized stains. It has been washed but the stains did not come out. Please look at the pictures.
