What number size would these fit? Are they a little oversized?

@jordanlove8166 yes they are defintly over sized and stretchy, one minute, I had measured and looked it up for someone in the past.

@jordanlove8166 So according to the Cali1850 web page these pants are designed to be oversized with a low rise, baggy silhouette. The waist on the Large is listed as 28.5-31" waist with the hips approx. 42"
When I held them up and stretched them the waist stretched (loosely not tight) to an easy 36", could definitely stretch more as well but I didn't wanna stretch them to an unrealistic wearing point.
