Cobalt Blue Bubbled Glass Vase or Candle Holder

The bubbles in this glass give this vase/hurricane beautiful texture! There is an imperfection near the bottom of the blue vase as shown in the picture however it can only be seen if you turn the vase upside down! The vase is water tight ~ I have only used it as a hurricane type of candle centerpiece. There is a small scratch on the base, see picture. Measurements are 12” tall with the mouth being 6” wide.
