Converse Black and White 100% Cotton Midi Dress

Love this breezy 100% cotton dress from converse with a fitted bust that adjusts with the back straps. It’s great but I just need a slightly different size. Other than one small stain a few inches above the hem, the dress is in great condition. The stain may be removable, or the dress could be re-hemmed a few inches higher after cutting off that portion, making it more of a mini length!
