Approximate measurements: handle drops 13" to 14", Length 12", Height 10", width 6". It has three small closure pockets on the exterior. One side zipper pocket, two small slip pockets, one middle zipper pocket, two pen or pencil slots on the interior. Gold hardware, two adjustable buckles, and two draw strings on the upper sides of the bag. The corners have a little rubbing (barely noticeable). Although the bag looks like it's never been used. I'm assuming the rubbing on the corners is from storage.
