Reposhing this item I purchased from @sfgrrrl. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This dress is from the Elvira collab and no longer made! It really accentuates the curves with gorgeous sleeves. Pit to pit 17 approximately, waist 13 approximately. The fabric has some stretch, but not much at waist. It's a size large on the tag, but fits more like a medium to me.

@hotcarbs laid flat its 17 inch at bust, 13 at waist, and 16 at hip. The fabric has some stretch to it.
