Our Hilia Midi Tiered Dress is made from 100% block-printed cotton featuring a mandarin collar, a neckline opening of 13" w/ mother of pearl button closures, drawstring waist with tassels, 3/4 puff sleeves and a flounce hem with 1" contrast fabric at hem edge.
