About Claudette; Claudette jewelry was made by the Premier Jewelry Company, Inc. It was located in New York City and first used the Claudette trademark circa 1945. The jewelry is signed Claudette or Claudette with a copyright symbol. Vintage Claudette usually features rhinestone or thermoset pieces and often was produced as a set. Although not much is known about the Premier Jewelry Company, it is thought to have been in existence from 1945 until the mid 1950's. This piece is in like new condition. Simply amazing for its age. Pendants: Red thermoset plastic, sometimes referred to as "moon glow" lucite due to its opalescent quality. • Metal: Gold-tone base metal with a link chain and likely a J-hook or spring ring clasp.
