trenoir Hi. I just want to be clear on the sizing. I normally wear a US 2 and the wait on most of my skirts and pants is 14 inches. So this sounds like it would fit me? What is the length? Thank you

esouls @trenoir The length is 34" and while I think this would fit you, I think with the elastic on the back, you might find it to be a little on the bigger side, especially if you put anything heavy like a phone in your pocket. If you are more pear shaped I'd think it would still be a good fit, it you are less wide in the hips, more straight waist to hip it might feel like it is sliding down.
