Hi. The description mentions the adjustable strap. However the title and photos only reflect the gold chain. Does this come with the adjustable strap?

Yes the adjustable strap is included with the bag. It is a replacement strap but it is the one for the bag. But it is not the one that originally came with the bag although it is the correct strap for the bag.
