Hello, I didn't understand the sizing chart but I am guessing these won't fit 6.5 womens feet. ?

I really can‘t say - from what I understand no but I assume it depends on your foot and what kind of socks? I can try and meassure the inside without the socks

I think it said i would be a size 4-4.5 in youth for ladies size 6.5..so I don't think they will fit. Thank you for your reply.
