kviets1 @jenpayne Did you get a notice or notification that the dress was bought last night? My sister is trying to purchase this dress for my niece and had gotten a notice today that the dress was being cancelled and refunded? So I wasn’t sure how this was still available.

kviets1 @jenpayne The payment went through on her end and then said it was being cancelled, she is on the phone with her bank I do apologize, we have never really used Poshmark before.

kviets1 @jenpayne It shows on your end that the shipping needs to be verified? When she had provided her address it gave her a recommended option with the longer postal code so she clicked that one. She has tried contacting Poshmark as well as her bank and the bank had stated the payment will not be technically posted until tomorrow but was already withdrawn out of her account.

jenpayne My address is verified and I printed the shipping label and prepared the dress to ship. The address was in California… but was addressed to “Poshmark.” I am attempting to get more information from them as to why the sale was canceled

kviets1 @jenpayne I don’t know why it would say California as we live in Ohio. I had tried to give you my phone number to text but it will not allow me to “outside of Poshmark” as it goes against there guidelines.

kviets1 @jenpayne She had just said that “it had said that since it was such an expensive item that apparently you ship it to Poshmark, Poshmark looks the product over and then they ship it to her to verify the “authenticity” of the product.
