Anthropologie Girls From Savoy dress in a thin white cotton fabric with a blue floral print. Panels overlap across the bodice. Fit and flare knee length skirt. Smocking on the back side panels for a perfect fit and a zipper up the side. Fully lined and very lightweight - perfect for warm days! Great classic look. Very timeless with some vintage charm! Dress is from 2008 ish, very high quality, but sizing has changed a bit! This fits closer to a size 2 today, but would certainly fit a 4.
