Thick, warm fabric. 28 inches length 27 inch sleeves 23 inches pit to pit All emblems are embroidered. I don't know if I'd consider the EMS on the back to be reflective, but it's certainly bright and sticks out. 2 chest pockets in the front that measure 7 inches, for putting pens in. One has a partial velcro closure, one does not. 2 little opening on the shoulders for clipping your radio! True to a size medium for the most part, maybe a little large leaning. If you're in EMS and looking for a cozy 1/4 zip, this is awesome! Retailed at $100. Selling it for less cuz I know we're all broke. :)
