Fair condition, since there are two small stains on the front, shown in last pic. Tags are cut off, so I don't know the brand or size but it fits like a Large, I'd say. Texture/fit is more on the soft side vs structured. Nap of the material is more like velour (a little longer than true velvet). measurements are: pit to pit: 19" waist: 17"
