Thanks for your reply but I am really trying to find out the measurements for the hips. also ! My measurement is 38 for hips. I usually wear a 4 but saw on line that Bebe is small so I would hate for it to be too tight in the hips. If 34 is the hip measurement then it would be too small. I wish you would measure all the way around the hip area then I will know for sure. Thanks so much😊
