Hi, Poshmark dictates all shipping standards and they have chosen to do flat rate. So whether it's a box or not won't change the price. Only changes if it goes above the allotted weight. Sellers can offer shipping discounts that comes out of their profits. When items go below a certain amount, discounts cannot be offered as it would result in negative profit. This offer would only allow one option and would result in a extremely low return.
